At Accents Anew, we aim to ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped as quickly as possible. All products are handmade in small batches, so processing and dispatch times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • During busy periods, product restocks, or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Usually 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): Usually 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated when available.

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Issues & Delays
Accents Anew is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Australia Post

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once handed to the courier

If a parcel goes missing or is delayed, we will assist where possible; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. You must provide clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assessment.

International shipping may be available to select locations. Delivery times, customs fees, and import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
