Because our items are handmade and often created in small batches, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to an error on our part.

We encourage customers to read all product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing and to reach out with any questions about ingredients, scents, sizing, or suitability prior to checkout. This helps ensure you feel confident and informed about your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally issues can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue

This information allows us to assess the situation properly and determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement item or store credit.

Conditions for Review
To qualify for a replacement or store credit, the following must apply:

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product has not been used, altered, or tampered with.
Sufficient photographic evidence is provided.

Requests submitted outside the 24-hour window, or without adequate evidence, may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Issues Beyond Our Control
Accents Anew is not responsible for delays, loss, or mishandling caused by postal or courier services. Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer and the carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, we will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for problems outside our control.
